1. No Refund Policy All consultation fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and payment is received. This applies regardless of the consultation outcome, as veterinary teleconsultations require time and expertise to be allocated in advance.
2. Rescheduling If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule at least 2 hours prior to the appointment time, subject to the availability of the consultant.
3. Cancellations by Us In the rare event that we are unable to provide the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
An alternative time slot, or
A full refund (if rescheduling is not possible).
4. Emergency Cases If your animal requires emergency in-person treatment, this service is not responsible for refunding fees already paid.
5. Agreement By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
